CT Comm is always looking for ways to better serve our clients and make their experience as convenient as possible.

 

One way we offer convenience to both our residential and business customers is with auto pay. Auto pay gives our valued customers the option to pay their monthly CT Comm bill automatically with a credit/debit card or a checking/savings account.

 

Auto pay gives you peace of mind knowing you’ll never miss a payment, saves you time, and limits interaction—but that’s not all.

 

Auto pay is as easy as 1, 2, 3:

Sign up. Customers can sign up for auto pay using our automated payment phone line, (937) 653-4000 option 3, by logging in or signing up on the SmartHub website or app (you will need your account information handy), or by calling Customer Service at (937) 653-4000 option 0 to receive a callback and have us set it up for you!

 

  1. Enjoy your credit! CT Comm customers who sign up for auto pay will receive a one-time credit per 12 months.*

 

  1. Experience peace of mind and extra time. With auto pay you’ll never miss a payment, it saves you time each billing cycle and most importantly, it limits your social interaction during COVID-19.
