Introducing SmartHub, the Smart Way to Manage Your Account…Remotely

Here at CT COMM we are so incredibly proud of our community and the effort everyone has made to keep our neighborhood safe during the COVID-19 crisis. We have the greatest appreciation for the essential workers who have tirelessly supported Champaign County, from the grocery store employees to our healthcare providers—thank you for everything you do!

 

If there’s one thing COVID-19 has made very clear, it’s the fact that we need reliable connection. What is SmartHub?

 

It’s an application accessible via your computer or smart phone and it’s transforming the traditional customer experience. With SmartHub, you can enjoy an online, 24-hour, convenient interface for managing your account, all from the safety and comfort of your home.

 

To get started on the SmartHub app, you will need your current account information. You can access SmartHub by logging into ctcomm.net and clicking on the “My Account” button or by downloading the free SmartHub app to your smart phone. Voila! Instant, simple and convenient access to your CT COMM account!

 

Let’s take a detailed look at what the SmartHub app can do for you:

 

 

Pay Your Bill Online

 

Sign up for autopay! This option allows our customers to automatically pay their monthly bills with a credit/debit card or with a checking/savings account.

 

At this time, we are offering a credit with all new autopay accounts!

 

A $25 credit will be applied to all residential accounts. A $50 credit will be applied to business accounts with monthly bills less than $199 and an $100 credit will be given to all business accounts with monthly bills greater than $200.

View and Download Current Bills and Past Statements

 

Need a copy of a bill or access to your billing history? Want a copy of your payment history? No worries! It’s all only a click away. Save paper and skip the hassle of storing past bills, knowing that you have quick access to your account information if and when you ever need it.

 

 

My Profile/Manage Account

 

We’ve eliminated the hassle of keeping your account current with the easy-manage account option. Have a new credit card or back account you want to link to your CT COMM account? New email address? Update all information associated with your account here. You can also change your password and update your security questions easily. Be green! Go paperless. You can update your paperless preferences here as well!

 

 

Notifications

 

CT COMM stays connected to customers with our automated notification system. Now you can easily choose how you want CT COMM to send your billing, miscellaneous and service notifications. Choose either a text or email option, and update this choice on SmartHub.

 

Missed a notification? No worries. All past notifications associated with your account are available to view here.

 

 

Report an Issue

 

Connectivity is how we manage our lives in this modern era, and reliable connection is key. However, we understand that issues may arise in which your service has been compromised and you need support staff or a technician to get you back up and running as quickly as possible.

 

SmartHub is a quick and easy way to connect with CT COMM and report issues.  Our team is ready to activate and resolve your issue, restoring your service as soon as possible.

 

Another great feature on SmartHub is the ability to keep track of your issue resolution with the “Track Issue Status” information tab. Logging in to check on the statues of your repair is easy—no more waiting on the phone for the most current information!
