CT COMM has been monitoring the COVID-19 situation very closely, attending local meetings with the Champaign County Health Department, and ensuring that we take into consideration the Governor’s address from March 9, 2020 when Ohio was declared to be in a State of Emergency.
After thoughtful consideration, with the health and safety of our employees and customers in mind, CT COMM will be closing its Lobby doors to the public effective Tuesday, March 17th, 2020. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause and understand from all available information that closings like this will be temporary while we try to ease the spread of the COVID-19 virus. CT COMM is working to ultimately protect customers and employees alike, by limiting face-to-face interactions and encouraging good hygiene and hand washing practices.

The Ohio Department of Health has established a call center to answer questions regarding COVID-19. The center is staffed by nurses and infectious disease experts, and is open 7 days a week from 9 am – 8 pm.
