Customer Service and Sales Representatives
The CT Comm Customer Service and Sales Representatives are constantly looking out for all of our customers—residential and business. This team works hard to educate customers on the services we provide and the best way(s) to apply for service to be installed. Once installed, our Customer Service and Sales Representatives will work hard to help you understand your first bill, upgrade your services, and get you to our troubleshooters for any issues you experience. CT Comm Customer Service and Sales Representatives are available in the office Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. They accept phone calls, answer email inquiries and can work with you face-to-face over the counter or by scheduled appointment.
